If you decide that you would prefer not to keep your new glasses and wish to return them to us for a refund or credit you are welcome to do so provided that you send them back to us within two weeks and that they are in good condition.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the lenses or lens options, such as coatings, because they are unique to your eyes and cannot be resold or returned to our suppliers for a credit.
We shall refund any amount to the same account used to make the original purchase in accordance with good banking practice guidelines.
Anyone wishing to return goods to us must bear the cost of any postage and insurance that arises from so doing.
N.B. After the 14 day acceptance period has expired your frames will still be covered by any manufacturer’s guarantees but not for any damage that arises from wear and tear, this remains the responsibility of the customer.
Designer Eyewear accepts no liability for any claims relating to damage to goods, supplied by us, caused by our customers or by third parties, including but not limited to frame breakages and scratches to lenses.

The glasses themselves along with any case, cloth or accessories with which they came.
Any manufacturer’s boxes or guarantee certificates.
Your name, address and contact details.
The order number.
A short letter explaining why you are returning them to us.
Please use either the original protective packaging or equivalent to send your glasses back to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage that occurs to them during transit.
The cost of postage, packing and insurance for any returns is at the customer’s expense.
